As a third-generation builder in the Central Texas area, Hill developed Hillcrest Homes of Texas as a family company with real family values. Hill’s wife, Julia, serves the company as Office Manager; Hill’s daughter, Jenifer, is the Director of Marketing and Design, and her husband, Buster, is a Company Administrator and Web Designer; and Hill’s oldest son, Kolbe, is the Vice President of Construction. Together the Hill family works toward one vision, building a company with a strong sense of values, excellence, and integrity, which happens to be the Hillcrest philosophy: Excellence and Integrity.
When Hillcrest builds a home, we don’t see it as just a structure. We see each home as a place where our homebuyers are gathering for movie night, eating Sunday lunch with the family, sharing sunsets on the back porch, or just camping out in front of the fireplace.
