Hillcrest can build any plan you find on our website as well as any floorplan you may own, have custom designed, or find on popular home plan websites. We build what you want.

If you do not find a floor plan on our website that you like, you may fill out the “Tell Us What You Want” form to give the Hillcrest designer an idea of what you are looking for in your new home. Submit the form by e-mail, and the Hillcrest team will be on “the hunt” for new floor plans, and if you would like to custom design your home with the Hillcrest designer, you can select that option on the form as well.
