Hillcrest Homes of Texas offers the convenient option to custom design your home plan with our in-house designer who works with several well-known architects from Texas. Here is how Design and Build works. You bring us your ideas, photos, magazine clippings, etc. to best describe what you want in your home. The designer will then draw one or two plans to review. After a design is accepted, the completed plan is given to an architect to perfect every structural and design detail. Once we have the architectural/engineer and your stamp of approval, we begin building your new custom home.

Hillcrest Homes of Texas can also work with your personal architect/designer to build plans you may already own.

 

 

If you do not find a floor plan on our website that you like, you may fill out the “Tell Us What You Want” form to give the Hillcrest designer an idea of what you are looking for in your new home. Submit the form by e-mail, and the Hillcrest team will be on “the hunt” for new floor plans, and if you would like to custom design your home with the Hillcrest designer, you can select that option on the form as well.
