Step Three: Choose Your Floorplan After you choose a home site, you choose a floorplan. Hillcrest Homes of Texas can build any floorplan. We work with several architects in Texas and across the nation to ensure we provide our homebuyers with a variety of plans. Our website contains many of those floorplans to preview, or we can help you search out that perfect plan. Hillcrest Homes will even do “in-house” custom design if you know what you want but do not have it on paper yet. Or, you may already have your floorplans, and we can build those homes too. Hillcrest Homes of Texas will help you develop a budget, and with your budget in mind, we will provide you with a bid (an estimated cost to build your home). |
